These terms set out the rules for playing Prop Hunt: Party Time. By playing, you accept them together with the privacy policy. This is a translation; if the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
1. Who provides the game
Prop Hunt: Party Time is developed and provided by Axperts Dariusz Zalewski, ul. Pelikana 1/3, 71-698 Szczecin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 851 319 2109, REGON 363785540. Contact: biuro@axperts.pl.
2. Game version and changes
- We keep developing the game. There may be bugs, server downtime and rule changes between game versions.
- Before its launch in the App Store and Google Play the game is in testing. We may reset progress from the test version (level, coins, gems, characters) on launch day; your account, tag, name, sign-in and friends stay.
- Trial purchases in the test version (without payment, including the Apple sandbox and Google license testers) give nothing after launch.
3. Account
- The account is created automatically on first launch. You can link it to Google, Apple or e-mail sign-in to move your progress and purchases to another phone.
- Your in-game name must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may change such a name.
- You can delete your account at any time, as described on the Account deletion page.
4. Fair play
You must not: modify the game or its network traffic, use programs that play for you, deliberately exploit bugs, reveal your own team's hiding spots to hunters outside the game in matches with strangers, disrupt other players or attack the server. For violations we may ban the account temporarily or permanently. If you think a ban is a mistake, write to us.
5. In-game currencies and items
- Coins, gems, hunter characters and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. You receive a licence to use them in the game.
- Hunter characters only change appearance; they give no advantage in matches.
- We do not sell random rewards.
6. Purchases with real money
- In the game you can buy gem packs, the Starter Pack (gems and a hunter character) and No Ads. Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms; only the store sees your card details, we do not.
- The content is added to your game account once our server confirms the purchase with Apple or Google. If something did not arrive, write to us with the order number from the store.
- The game shows the Starter Pack once. If you buy it a second time (for example from a second phone), you get the gems again and coins instead of a character you already own.
- Refunds are requested in the App Store or Google Play under their rules. After a refund we remove from your account what the refunded purchase gave; your gems may then drop below zero, and while they do, nothing can be bought with gems.
- No Ads turns off full-screen ads after matches; rewarded ads remain optional. On a new phone it comes back after signing in to the same account or with the Restore purchases button in Settings.
7. Rights to the game
The game, characters, names, artwork, music and code belong to Axperts or its licensors. You may record and show your matches (for example in videos and streams), but you may not copy or sell parts of the game.
8. Liability
We work to keep the game running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee it. We are liable within the limits allowed by law. These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms, for example after changes to the game or the law. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by Polish law; consumers also keep the protection given by the law of their country of residence.
