You can delete your Prop Hunt: Party Time account at any time, in the game or by e-mail. Deletion is final: progress, characters, coins and gems cannot be recovered afterwards.
Delete in the game
- Open the game and wait until it connects to the server.
- Open Settings (the gear in the corner of the menu) and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The server immediately deletes the whole account: tag, name, progress, characters, currencies, missions, tournament results, match history, friends, invitations, blocks, linked sign-in methods (Google, Apple, e-mail) and usage statistics. On the next connection the game creates a new, empty account.
Delete by e-mail, without the game
If you no longer have the game or the phone, write to biuro@axperts.pl with the subject “Prop Hunt: account deletion” and include:
- your player tag (shown in the game in the Account window) or
- the e-mail address, Google account or Apple account you sign in with.
If we cannot be sure the account is yours, we will ask for extra confirmation, for example a message from the address linked to the account. We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request at the latest and confirm it by e-mail.
What remains after deletion
- Database backups are overwritten after 7 days; after that the account is gone from backups too.
- An entry in the change log with the account number, tag and name remains as proof that we carried out the request.
- The purchase record stays without the account number for refunds and accounting, at most 5 years; purchases also stay in your Apple or Google history under their rules.
- Our correspondence with you is kept for up to a year after the matter is settled.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
- Google, Apple or e-mail sign-in: in the game open Settings, Account, and tap Unlink. The server removes the link and the stored e-mail address.
- Usage statistics: turn off the Usage statistics switch in Settings; the server deletes your account's events.
- Other data: write to biuro@axperts.pl and tell us what your request is about.
Inactive accounts
Accounts nobody has signed in to for 400 days are deleted automatically together with all their data. More about data in the privacy policy.
